Choose One or Two days a week to shampoo your hair and oil your scalp. Twist it up and leave it alone. You'll see dramatic results in your hair growth the less you put your hands in your hair! When you manipulate your hair too much you can snag it or even snap it off, depending on your hair type or where you are in your journey.
A major part of this natural journey is learning to be okay with your natural state! To not absolutely having to have every hair in perfect place and loving it! There truly is beauty in the breakdown... find it. Allow that hair to flow as it is meant to. So I encourage you to Do Less and Get More in 2011! Keep them hands out of your hair.
